Product Brief: Magnesium hydroxide reduces stomach acid,and increases water inthe intestines which may induce bowel movements. Magnesium hydroxide is used asa laxative to relieve occasional constipation.Magnesium hydroxide is also used as an antacid to relieve indigestion, sour stomach, and heartburn.
